Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Please note that total delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + transit time (3–5 business days). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
